REACH Collaborative — Resident Engagement and Community Hiring

When you need to have a conversation with residents, we're here to make it happen.

REACH Collaborative deploys our local street team of door knocking staff to speak one-on-one to residents on behalf of housing authorities, community developers, builders, public utilities, and essential services.

Built for organizations working in neighborhoods.

When your project touches peoples' homes, we help facilitate conversations with them.

Housing Authorities

Modernization and redevelopment work that requires trusted two-way communication with residents throughout the process.

Community & Affordable Housing Developers

New construction and rehabilitation projects that require participation and input from local residents.

General Contractors & Builders

A resident-facing partner who communicates with residents so they understand construction and relocation timelines.

Public Utilities

Replacements and upgrades of gas, water, sewer and electric infrastructure work often require cooperation from and notification to residents and businesses.

Our Mission

Residents deserve a real conversation, not a flyer under the door.

We started REACH Collaborative to give housing authorities, developers, builders, and utilities a partner who can actually reach the people affected by their projects — including the residents everyone else struggles to reach.

How we're different

We reach residents when other communication falls short.

Seniors on a fixed income. Non-English speaking residents. Historically disadvantaged communities.

Reaching local residents takes more than a text message or a certified letter. Our local hire team of door knockers already knows the community, the block, and the language spoken.

We hire local residents to work in the communities they already call home. We have local street teams working in and around New York City, northern New Jersey and Westchester County, New York.

Focus areas

We Can Help.

Resident Engagement

Door-to-door visits, community room sessions, and one-on-one conversations — in the language that households and families speak.

Community Hiring

Connecting neighbors to the jobs happening in their own buildings and blocks, because the people who know a community best already live there.

Low-Income & Section 3 Hiring

Helping partners meet HUD Section 3 and local hiring requirements by reaching residents who qualify, want the work, and are ready for it.
